The CDFI Fund’s New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Eligibility has been updated to include “Deep Distress” census tracts and “Deep Distress” tract criteria.
The CDC Social Vulnerability Index (SVI) has been updated through 2022. The 2016 and 2018 historic data was added as well.
