PolicyMap: Organizing our Growth
Since we launched PolicyMap just over four years ago, the team here has all done a little bit of everything. We’ve all done data work, brought in sales, helped customers, conducted demos, pulled off custom projects, written email blasts – you name it, I think each of us has done it. As we grow and move forward in our Business Plan implementation, though, we need to be more purposeful in each of our roles and so, with that, we have recently reorganized and created three “divisions” within PolicyMap: Data and Product Development; Customer Service; and Sales.
Elizabeth Nash is now Director and Katie Nelson is Associate Director of the Data and Product Development team. Bernie Langer and Kristin Crandall are the Data Associates that make up this crucial team. (Without the data, we wouldn’t actually have anything to sell!) We are advertising for an additional Data Analyst to round out this team so look for that job posting shortly. The incredible Phil Vu is now Director of Technical Support and Customer Service. And Trudie Thomas is our head of sales, responsible for generating new revenue for PolicyMap. We’ve hired another sales person to work with Trudie and will write about that once he gets started.
We have a great team in PolicyMap and, like everyone at the Reinvestment Fund, we work hard to make what we do matter. We hope you continue to find our service – whether you are a free or paying user – valuable to your work. As always, be in touch with any comments or thoughts and stay tuned!
